MARTINE RICHARD

STYLE: Love fast beats and big drops. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or are completely new to exercise in general, my goal is to uncover the athlete mindset inside you, through music, fun and exercise. I encourage you to level up and pass your self-restrictive limits while doing exciting choreo to sick music.

IF I'M NOT AT THE STUDIO: I'm with my fiance and our dogs. Likely hiking, at the gym or eating.


MUSIC: I don't have a favourite genre. Certain songs awaken a next-level kind of energy inside me. It's about the vibe.

NATH GAGNON

STYLE: Beats high, lights low, a lot of variety such as having fun with the resistance, tracks focused on building endurance and strength, combined with plenty of encouragement!

IF I'M NOT AT THE STUDIO: I am with my family and friends

MUSIC: I love to spin to Indie/Alt remixes (Alt-J for the win)

FAVORITE FOOD: I love ALL food



JULIE KELLY

STYLE: Variety of musical genres with a lot of dancing and singing vibe. My sole purpose of my class is to motivate you to grow stronger and more confident in your own abilities. Together, let's push ourselves to test what we can do!

IF I'M NOT AT THE STUDIO: I'm probably on a westfalia adventure with my dogs and my boyfriend.


MUSIC: When it comes to music, I like everything that makes me wanna dance or sing. I don't have any musical style; I like anything with a good beat or good lyrics.

ALYSSA MORRISON

STYLE: I like a fast-paced ride with big drops, mixed with some fun choreos!

IF I’M NOT AT THE STUDIO: I am most likely studying or online shopping.


MUSIC: I love too many genres! But my favourites are dance/electronic and latino.


FAVORITE FOOD: I can never answer that question haha! But I never say no to sushis.

STYLE : I like to create a fun and positive environment where we can feel comfortable to be ourselves and feel confident in our bodies ability to do hard thing. Get ready for lots of encouragement, fun choreo and music that will make you want to sing, dance and push yourself .

I’m outside walking in the woods or at the beach with my husband and my dog or spending time with loved ones.

LOVE some good oldies with a good remix that makes you want to dance it out or any songs that makes you forget about life a little.

STYLE : One rule : ride with meaning, and with your heart! I love challenges, and working hard, you can be sure that I'll make every class a challenge. I also expect to laugh, and forget about the world for 45 minutes.

IF I'M NOT AT THE STUDIO: I'm running, or biking, or playing with Monster Trucks with Félix.

STYLE: It’s all about choreo in my class! I’m big on dancing on the bikes and getting LOUD and ROWDY. Expect to feel like you’re at the club minus the hangover the next day.

I’m watching trash reality television, crocheting, or both.

MUSIC:
You’ll hear anything with a catchy beat and a lot of bass in my class, but I always gravitate towards throwback mashups/remixes, hip-hop, and electronic/dubstep…anything that hypes me up!

FAVORITE FOOD:
Sushi

RACHEL LEGACY

STYLE: High energy, fast beats and fun times! From HITTS to heavy resistance to dancing like no one is watching.
Encouraging you to find your full potential on that bike.

IF I'M NOT AT THE STUDIO:
I'm out and about on a new adventure or some sort of challenge. Something I saw on Pinterest or cuddling with the fur babies .

MUSIC:
I love anything that has a uplifting beat to it; from heavy rock to hiphop ; If it makes me smile then I want it!

FAVORITE FOOD:
I love everything except pickles! #f**kpickles.

ROSEMARY PITRE

STYLE: For me simplicity is key. I like to focus on slow beats and high resistance but encourage a variety of intensities. My class focus is to inspire everyone to take their bodies beyond their perceived limits.

IF I'M NOT AT THE STUDIO:
Hanging out with my family, reading or some type of physical activity.

MUSIC:
I like a variety of music, anything upbeat that gets me moving.

FAVORITE FOOD:
I love pretty much any food but I could live just on bread lol.

SHANICA ROY

STYLE: I don't really have a particular style, I do really like dancing and having fun on the bike. While having some different tracks and playing with that resistance. I like having some faster beats and some regular. I love mixing that all up!!

IF I'M NOT AT THE STUDIO:
I'm probably with my family or outside with my two dogs.

MUSIC
: I really do not have a particular style because in all of my classes, I do have a bit of everything!! I love something with a good beat and big drops!

VANESSA COUTURE

STYLE: I get bored really fast, therefore expect a variety of different songs and styles, mixing resistance, speed and choreo within my class.

You can find me at the beach or spending time with friends and family.

MUSIC:
I have no preference of music, I usually pick songs for class based on the beat and how each song makes me feel.

TANYA WALSH

STYLE: High resistance with lots of climbs while focusing on all muscle genres. Ensuring all levels can follow along by having everyone personalize their limits and most importantly having fun.

IF IM NOT IN THE STUDIO:
I’m definitely spending time with my family - most often my first born grandson.

MUSIC
: I love all music but when it comes to spin, the rhythm and beat are most important.

I love all food, the more the better!

BRITNEY WARD

STYLE: You’ll be sure to hear heavy beats in my classes. A mix of heavy and fast to achieve a full body workout that challenges the mind and body with lots of encouragement that you CAN do it. I want riders to believe they are stronger and more capable than they think, all you have to do is try.

IF I'M NOT AT THE STUDIO: I’m with friends and family or at the gym.

MUSIC: I don't have a favourite genre, I pretty much like all genres. You’ll hear me make a variety of playlists ranging from rap to country. (Peep me doing dips and pumps on my steering wheel). Rest assured, I’ll have music that energizes and brings out the badass attitude in us all.

FAVORITE FOOD: How can you pick a favourite food?  Lover of all foods

KAYLA GOGUEN

STYLE: My class is more like a dance party, with a lot of upper body

QUOTE: When you have a dream, grab it and never let it go.

IF I’M NOT AT THE STUDIO: I am baking, cooking, or renovating the house with my husband

MUSIC: My playlist features a mix of many remixed songs from the 90-2000's

FAVOURITE FOOD: Thai or anything with fries.  

ISABELLE GUITARD

STYLE: You will definitely see that I love to uplift people with my positive energy. I love a good beat with some dance moves. Like to mix some heavy songs with A LOT of isolation. Love a good & long weight track to burn that upper body.

IF I'M NOT AT THE STUDIO: I'm working out, doing any other sports or spending time with my loved ones.


MUSIC: I don't have a favourite genre. I do love any kind of music with a good beat that I can add dance moves. I also love some throwbacks songs !!

KATHERINE CORMIER

STYLE: High energy and power!!  Challenging resistance-focused rides with a side of fast pace cardio and a bit of fun routine ones

anything and everything! I really try and mix it up to have all the genres but you will almost always hear a good remix of an old popular song.
